3. Best Primary Bath Design
Three awards based on price point: Under $50,000; $50,000-$99,999; $100,000+
- Judging Criteria: Creative approach, aesthetic appeal, and functional value.
4. Best Kids Room
- Judging Criteria: Creative approach, aesthetic appeal, and functional value.
5. Best Living Room/Great Room
- Judging Criteria: Creative approach, aesthetic appeal, and functional value.
6. Best Kitchen Design
Six awards based on price point: Under $30,000; $30,000-49,999; $50,000-79,999; $80,000-109,999; $110,000-$139,999; $140,000+
- Judging Criteria: Creative approach, functional value, aesthetic and market appeal.
7. Best Lighting Design
- Judging Criteria: Creative approach, aesthetic appeal, and functional value.
8. Best Interior Design of Private Residence
- Judging Criteria: Creative approach, aesthetic appeal, and functional value.
9. Most Creative Home Feature (new or existing home)
- Judging Criteria: Creative approach, uniqueness, innovation, perceived value and marketability.
- A small feature of a bigger project.
- Example: Feature wall, kitchen island
10. Best New Construction Floor Plan
Two categories based on square footage: Under 2,000 sq. ft.; 2,000+ sq. ft.
- Judging Criteria: Creative approach, aesthetic and market appeal, and effective traffic flow.
